If you are looking for a healing of your soul and heart, then I suggest this book. I laughed so hard at most of the stories I woke my husband up and couldn't stop roaring! This book will heal a place inside of you that may have been lost for a few weeks or a lifetime. Laughter is truly the best medicine. This is A MUST READ!

I absolutely love this book. In fact, I am online here trying to find copies to send to all women family members and friends! I honestly have not read one book all the way thru in years, BUT, I have read this one in a week and a half. This is saying a lot-the stories grab your attention. Each story is quirky and you'll find yourself laughing out of your seat!

Picked this book up by chance and just started reading. I found myself in the middle of the book store with tears rolling down my face; from laughter that is!! I've called friends and family members just to share some of the stories - I believe in spreading the "best medicine"!! Definitley a quick pick me up. I suggest this book to any woman who needs a good laugh. You'll wear it well when you get to "Look'n Good" - Damn those panty hose!!

This book is not only funny but it has many inspirational moments as well. It is very much worth its price.

A friend gave me this book as a gift during chemo treatment and it gave me a real lift. I purchased this book for a friend who is currently going through chemo in the hopes that laughter will help her as it did me.

My daughter bought a copy of this book for me for "Mother's Day" 2003. by the 30th of May that year our family was in a major crisis. I had not read the book at the time of the crisis. I felt prompted to take it with me on the train ride to Washington DC. Our 15 year old son, who was not a part of a gang, but was being targeted for murder by a large and growing gang in our city. So I had to get him out of state to live with extended family. I had to return home alone, in tears, and heart broken. As the train left DC I felt the promting of the HOLY SPIRIT to reads my book. I laughed so uncontrollably hard and long that my body shook,my tears took a turn from sadness to joy and streamed down my face as I tried to dry them to no avail. The lady sitting across from me attempted to comfort me; then she realized I was laughing. I began sharing stories with her and her relative; who was also in a crisis. We were all laughing so much we forgot our crisis. I bought many copies of this book and gave them to other women for that special moment in time,( not for crisis only)and oh what a blessing this book has been. I thank GOD , for His love and care for me, bringing me such cheer at such a devestating time in my life, also to everyone who had a hand in this book's exisistance, and my precious daughter for giving me such a gift of laughter. I recently ordered another copy to bring laughter in place of sadness. It is still working PRAISE GOD!
