3 of 3 people found the following review helpful By Kevin Scott on December 19, 2010
Format: Hardcover
This scholarly work reads very much like a college thesis. It has a lot of good information, some of which I have not found in other similar books, but on the whole the chapters come off as intelluctual essays. At one point I wondered if it was written as a text book. I do not recommend it to idle readers or for the young.
