4.0 out of 5 stars A LUXURIOUS SKIN MOISTURIZER
Intended for those who want a richer moisturizer than Body Lotion, Souffle Body Cream is aptly named as it is souffle-like in texture. Offering optimal body moisturizing benefits in the Laura Mercier Bath and Body Line, Souffle Body Cream is delightfully scented, slightly more so than the Body Lotion, and glides on smoothly, a little going a long way.

2.0 out of 5 stars Creme Brulee Honey Bath
The only good thing about this item was the nice scent of creme brulee. Other than this, there is no difference in this brand than any other that I have purchased. The price definitely was too high for this product.

The addition of earth minerals enhance the skin with a subtle sheen, while Liposomes tone and condition.

Key ingredients include vitamins A, E, F, Oat Protein, Silk Protein and Sweet Almond Protein (the latter for added skin nourishment).

Macadamia Nut Oil and the always effective Shea Butter soften; Honey adds a sweet note to the scent.

Following a Honey Bath with this moisturizer is, well, luxurious to the nth degree.

I didn't know I liked smelling like food (dessert, specifically!) until I tried this product. First of all, it drives men crrazy! Second, for a product so loaded with scent, it is not drying at all. My hands feel incredible after using this product, truly! It soaks right in and smells just like fresh creme brulee, not some generic perfumy-version of it. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Best There Is, October 26, 2009
This review is from: Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Body & Bath Collection (Misc.)
Many years ago, I was on a search for a sweet, dessert type body line-but all I tried smelled great in the shower then the scent disappeared. What good is a product if you can't enjoy it all day long? I wanted staying power-I wanted to smell like a bakery. In 2002, I was reading through a magazine, and there it was..the creme brulee collection!!! I almost fainted. I knew it was for me with a name like that. I admit it, I like to smell like a walking pastry. At the time, it was sold at only one store. I called the store myself. I had to make sure it smelled great and lasted, because this store ain't cheap. So, I ordered the creme brulee body wash and body soufle'. Is it a little more expensive than the other "body" shops??? YES!!! But so worth it. Laura Mercier is incredible. She really nailed it. I have tried and to this day still use everything in her line. Face scrub(awesome)parfums, makeup, and the new creme de pistache line. You get what you pay for. My whole family knows whatto get me for every holiday- something from Laura Mercier. This is not for the person who likes flowery instead of sweet. But even my sister who dislikes sweet lotions and potions, couldn't believe she liked the scent. If you want to start out small, try the hand creams first, you won't be disappointed. You will find yourself buying everything else.

4.0 out of 5 stars Body Wash, June 12, 2008
I like Laura Mercier products but the body wash is a little too thick in texture for my taste; it does have a very nice fragrance.

4.0 out of 5 stars a bathing beauty, December 18, 2004
With a nod to France and the French Patisserie, Laura Mercier introduced a body and bath collection called Body and Bath Collection Gourmande featuring such scents as Au Lait, Creme Brulee, Vanilla Creme Puff, and Tarte Au Citron. Sound delicious? They are, plus no cal.

The Creme Brulee Honey Bath is a favorite with its delicious caramel cream fragrance. As if that weren't enough for a bubble bath it's also fun. The Honey Bath comes with a wooden honey dipper. About six inches long the dipper isn't a spoon but has a serrated tip which you twirl to pick up the Honey Bath. Then hold this under running water to fill your tub with masses of rich bubbles.

The addition of Vitamin A and E serve to moisturize and condition the skin while Rosemary, Thyme, Lavender, Geranium and Honey provide a lovely fragrance.

Smoothing on Creme Brulee Souffle Body Cream following a bath is the ultimate in pampering and pleasure.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love this!, June 25, 2009

The reviews for this product are all over the place! I've been using this for about 4 or 5 years, and I am a big fan. I LOVE this bath gel. The smell is amazing - like sugar and cream. Yes, it does smell like creme brulee. It does NOT produce a lot of bubbles, but it leaves my skin soft and hydrated. And while the scent is strong while you are bathing, it is faint and pleasing afterward, not overwhelming at all. My husband loves how I smell after I've used it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful, October 15, 2008
This sugar scrub is a little messy to use, but oh, the wonderful fragrance! It leaves your skin soft and lightly scented - people ask me what I'm wearing, but the fragrance does NOT overpower. It smells good enough to eat.

3.0 out of 5 stars It's OK, February 6, 2007

I got the bath Trio. It comes with a candle which smells super nice. The Creme Brulee Honey bath has a nice scent. It doesn't last very long though nor do the bubbles. The body lotion is a "Zero Star" item. When my friend wrinkled his nose after I had put some on I knew this product was a definate no go. I threw it away in the end. I also had bought the sugar scrub. It just smells alright however, it is extremely moisturizing.

Products that have a wonderful scent that I recommend would be "Japanese Cherry Blossom" by bath and body. Or Valentino is a super nice light scent for those that can not wear a stronger scented perfume.
