Jay McCallum comes to the town of Halpern's Ferry, Washington when his brother, a saloon keeper is murdered. Lauralee is a crusader brent on closing all of the saloons after her husband became a drunk and was murdered.
This book has all of the elements of great love, murder mysteries, heartache and good overcomes evil. I loved the flow of the plot and the characters including Jay's brothers, sister-in-laws and other supporting cast. Another great book by Linda Lael Miller! |
