While Blotto may not be one of Laurel & Hardy`s best short films, it is still a good solid comedy and is very funny.
Proabition is still in effect, but the boys have a plan to get blasted.
Stan`s wife tries to derail the plan by pouring out their bottle of booze and replacing it with tea, mustard, and anything else she
has handy to pour into the bottle.
But suggestion is a powerful thing. And the boys still manage to get falling down drunk on the concoction.
