I've had this book for three years now and it is one of the cookbooks I depend upon most for healthy, tasty meals my family would actually eat. If you are looking for a way to incorporate vegetables, grains and legumes into your diet (and your family's) but think there aren't too many options--you've got to use this book.

An oldie but a goodie. Book arrived promptly from a private seller. The recipes are healthy and yummy. It is possible to prepare and consume foods that benefit our bodies and brains and this book will help you do that. Recommend highly.

I loved this book so much when I got it in college that it fell apart. I finally had to replace it. This copy arrived promptly and in the gently used state that was promised; a much better condition than mine!
