Excellent resource; excellent advice
Lauren's spent a life around cars and it shows in the book. She translates and educates about cars and car ownership but does it in a simple and straightforward way rarely seen anywhere else. The book is a very easy read (funny too) with great pictures and tips and made for just about any Car-IQ. Great resource; must-read for a new driver -- may inspire a lifetime of...

Maybe my gender is showing
This book has pretty much targeted a market of pretty ditzy people. Some of it is so simple as to be slightly insulting. If you are really young and don't know a thing about cars.......maybe you could benefit from this book. Otherwise common sense would prevail and save you the cost of this book. A few nuggets could be gleaned from this...
