There seems to be several listings for this shoe and a couple of the reviewers claim to have bought the shoes elsewhere much cheaper and gosh they're so darned comfy. I bought them on Amazon from a different shoestore for a very low price, but whatever it was, it wasn't worth it. I found these to be one of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. You would think that a shoe made of cloth couldn't hurt too bad, wouldn't you? That was my thinking when I kept them. I figured they had to stretch. But, now I know I can't wait that long. They are too narrow in the toebox, and they feel like you're walking on wood, or whatever would be the opposite of cushioning. My little toe hits exactly at the opening in the crossed ribbon and peaks out most unattractively. After wearing them for no more than 2 hours I was hobbling. There is another review that said that this shoe runs really narrow. I agree, but that isn't the only problem. These are killers.

Just purchased these shoes in black at DSW (sorry Amazon, for a lot less). My first wedge shoes since grade school, and WOW, these are SOOOO comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend. Comfort and style in a show is so rare to find.

This shoe lasts a few wearing before it starts falling apart. Purchase only if you don't mind throwing it out after 5 uses.
