I wasn't all to impressed with the items overall description since there wasn't to much information on the item or what it is made of. Though I thought it would be a nice peice of actual lava for an outdoor garden peice, it turned out to be a great peice of rough plastic that looks like lava for other types of decor or as a peice for an aquarium.

I bought this for my freshwater aquarium, mainly for its height. I was having trouble finding any rocks this tall. It is sturdy and fairly heavy, although not quite as heavy as the real rocks that are sold for aquariums. It is realistic looking and attractive. I believe it may be discontinued, so it may not be available anymore.
