After my son burned his finger on a standard night light bulb, I bought this to replace it in my 14 month olds room. I decided on something that he could not reach. He LOVES it! It doesn't get very hot even after being on all night. When he wakes up in the morning, he just sits in his bed and watches the glitter reflect on the walls..keeps him entertained and provides the perfect glow during the night.

This is a great buy but know it is small and gives off very little light - perfect for our use but perhaps not for everyone.

We have had our Lave Lite for almost a year now, and it's doing well. The only thing I don't like about it is that the glitter is very slow moving. I wish it could rotate a bit faster and/or have less glitter inside. There just isn't as much movement as I had hoped.
