Reading some of the other reviews... I'm not alone in using these beans for making "regular coffee" (not espresso process). This coffee is awesome; it has a nice, strong (yet smooth) flavor. Definitely consider giving it a try.

if you had to choose a decent espresso with an excellent crema, this is the only choice. make no mistakes, it's sweet, smooth, and smells like heaven. I've tried plenty of different blends, but my wife won't drink anything else.
buy the 3pk and enjoy yourself. you won't regret it..
