I just saw this book while visiting a B&B on a lavender farm and came right home to try to find a copy to buy - i just had to have it! The photographs of commercial lavender fields in bloom are unbelievably gorgeous and make you want to take the next plane to Provence or Norfolk. The history is fascinating and also beautifully illustrated with pictures and quotations. The crafts are lovely and the recipes tempting. This book is a treat for the gardener, cook, craftsperson, traveller, historian and many others as well.

I love this book. I have many lavender plants in my garden and wanted some inspiration on how to give as gifts. Very beautiful photography and gift ideas.

The recipes and overall layout of this book is awesome! Complete with folded cover pages for bookmarks! My husband is now smitten with lavender flavored foods. The bread pudding is to die for!

This is a great book if you want to learn a little bit about growing and using your lavender.

This is a beautiful book, it arrived fast and in excellent, mint condition at a very good price. A very good experience and I recommend this book.
