No wonder our legal system is in shambles. When a society allows its legal system to be the tool of public opinion, this is the result.Montgomery shows how the common law flowed out of another foundation, God's revelation of right and wrong. For all intents and purposes, we've junked that, turning to creative legal interpretation, which writes the law rather than interprets whats legislated. |
