She has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Legal Studies from the University of Minnesota a Legal Assistant Certificate from the University of Minnesota and Voting Member of MPA the Minnesota Paralegal Association and the NFPA.

I felt that this textbook was very educational. It explained to you indetails the way business are developed and run. It explains how different business have different amount of owners. It talk about different types of business for example agency, partnerships and limited partnerships, limited companys, and corporation. It explains the certain laws that are needed to be followed. I would recommend this textbook to anyone who is interested in opening a type of business.
