Law and Covenant is one of the most comprehensive works to date by a seasoned and well reasoned mind. From the aspects of natural and civil law found in today's national courts, compared to the rational aspects of God's Law, Mr. Dart winds his way flawlessly toward the rational conclusion of the great depth of the Bible's logic and loving concern for man expressed originally in Torah, with notes on the development in Mishnaic Law and continuing seamlessly into the New Testament and the every word of Jesus.
His conclusions are often provocative to the reader, but he backs up his points not with dogma, but with a plausible and coherent approach to his reader's common sense... if you have a desire to study a committed Christian apporach to the Law of God in its entirety, with no preconceptions, buy this book.... and then read it twice.

Ron Dart is an accomplished teacher of God's instructions through the bible. He makes you understand the law is a tool for us to use just as it was back before Jesus. We gain the knowledge that the gospel is the old testament & the new is the accounts of those who knew Jesus and who were charged with spreading it through the land. I highly recommend Christians of all backgrounds open your mind to what he has to teach. For those who are not sure about believing in the Judeo-Christian God I can only hope that maybe your open minded thinking would lead you on the path to understanding the one we call the creator of everything.

This is definitely the best, most Biblically researched work I've ever read on this often debated subject. A must read for every Bible student.
