About the Author

Larry A. DiMatteo is a professor at the Warrington College of Business Administration at the University of Florida. He previously taught at the University of Miami Graduate School of Business. His primary teaching responsibilities have been teaching graduate courses in international business law, commercial law, and the legal environment of business. Professor DiMatteo graduated from with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he was Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from The Cornell Law School and a LL.M. from the Harvard Law School. Professor DiMatteo is the author of 3 books and more than a dozen law review articles with a primary focus on contract and international business law. Professor DiMatteo is a past president of the International Law Section of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business.
