Price was fairly reasonable compared to a brand new book, and the book itself is in pretty good shape. Although it has writing and hilighting, the writing is legible and the previous owner did not go hilighter crazy and hilight everything. I have a hard time reading the textbook when people do that, so I was pleased that this book was not like that. It arrived very timely also.

I dislike the class of property and this is my second text on this topic for law school. This one is better and more easily read than the other one, but seeing as I hate property its still nothing too great.
