Her Floor Plans are practical and designed to fit various needs of individuals. It's a One Of A Kind Book, with not only Floor plans, but also much needed information to aid in building and avoiding common problems. Carol and her husband live in one of the suites that she has designed. There was a lack of Good Floor Plans for this type of addition, motivating Carol to start designing for the various needs of people.

I bought a total of 18 magazines with floor plans at $3 each and none of them were any good. I bought the book The In-law Suite Book - Floor Plans and More and found a perfect floor plan that I am having built. The ideas in the book were full of COMMON SENSE recommendations - That is what is needed. This book helped me and I think it is worth it.

A GREAT guide that's beneficial and easy to comprehend. The suggestions and tips were common sense things that would have been overlooked at the time of building. A small amount to spend for this book sure equals large savings! The very BEST guide available to provide the BEST to loved ones. Well worth it!
