My college provided an ebook and I chose to buy the textbook. It has helped me in my course work and there are great examples in this book. I am glad that I purchased it.

This text is a great resource for those starting in the legal field, and for those looking for a refresher.

the information provided within this text is outstanding and also presented well; although, i did find that some of the websites noted were no longer active. in addition, when i tried emailing the author [as instructed if/when finding discrepancies] the email was returned as not active.

as far as the overall purchase, the seller packaged the textbook very well. i was a little disappointed with the amount of highlighting and writing in the book. but, i did not feel strongly enough about it to contact the seller.

Book was received quickly. I was very impressed with the turnover time of ordering and receiving the book. However, the book was a little beat up. The envelope was too small for the book and was torn on the edges.

The book reads like you would expect - a textbook. I find the subject very interesting though and enjoy the case examples. There is a good mix of text and examples to help solidify a concept. Do I fall asleep reading it? Yes, but only at night. :)
