I have finished reading Anthony Parnell's new book, "The 7 Laws of Stress Management," and I am so excited about it that I would love to train to present a stress management workshop using the book! "The 7 Laws of Stress Management" is definitely a guide for those of us who want and need to eliminate life's stressors. It is absolutely a must-read for many. There is SO MUCH in Parnell's guide for beginning to live mentally, physically and emotionally healthy that I will revisit this manual whenever I am overwhelmed by life's stressors.
