A Great "Quick Answer" Reference,

I've been practicing law for 16 years. I do mostly litigation, which requires me to prepare a ton of briefs. Unfortunately, a true litigator does not have the luxury of being a hardcore specialist in one area of law. Either you're a specialist in litigating, or you're a specialist in one area of law. So, a book like this is invaluable to me. I can go for the quick answer if the "can I sue?" question comes across my desk. Bear in mind, however, it gives abbreviated overview answers that are not applicable to every situation and, of course, is not state-specific. But it's a great source to get you started.
