Bishop Jakes truly delivers a masterpiece! I have struggled with my weight all of my life. I've always felt bound and as if my life was out of control. Now, I'm free! With lots of prayer and fasting, this book was instrumental in helping me realize where I had gone wrong... and what I need to do in order to live HEALTHY! No more diets for me. I've changed my lifestyle! Thank you Bishop. Keep 'em coming...

My life will never be the same. I now have the understanding on how to tackle this obesity problem that I have struggled with for 10 years. Jake's book was easy reading, encouraging and motivating. After reading 2 chapters, I started applying his message to my life. Christian or Non-Christian can benefit from his book and workbook. His principles for weight loss are simple. I understand how to discern between foods that will help me or hinder me from accomplishing my goals. Truly this is a great man with a great message.

CAREFULLY WRITTEN AND VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND.IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WTH WEIGHT,PLEASE READ.VERY ENLIGHTENING AND LOTS OF SCRIPTURES TO FOLLOW.VERY WELL WRITTEN AND ONE OF HIS BEST BOOKS YET.DON'T WAIT ANY LONGER GO OUT AND PURCHASE.I JUST FINISHED MY BOOK TODAY.TD JAKES LOOKS LIKE A DIFFERENT PERSON.
