Inspirational, encouraging, motivational. The first book I have read that successfully addressed the connection between working successfuly for God and gaining a healthly, fit lifestyle. I recommend it to anyone working in Christian ministry and struggling to lighten the 'weight' burden. This book addresses any excuse or reason used to justify buying that larger-sized dress, suit or shirt. Worth its weight in gold...Simple,easy light reading enjoyment; Sound bible basics.
