This review is from: The Lazy Cook: Delicious Recipes That Take Ten Minutes or Less to Prepare (Paperback)
I love cookbooks but find that most of the recipes in other books take me hours to prepare and cost a fortune in ingredients. My wife says that the kitchen explodes when I cook a recipe. I received The Lazy Cook as a wedding present and it's true that the recipes are so fast to prepare. The meals are great. I've only made a few since my wife used to do most of the cooking, but now that I'm cooking more, this is the first book I pull out. And, the kitchen doesn't look like it exploded after I prepare the meal!
