I purchased this item on 1 Feb 2011, and could not wait to get it, even with the Midwest snowstorm, I still received it in a timely manner. When I open it and tasted it ,all I CAN SAY IS WOW. Totally blew me away, the layers of flavors emanating from this cheese palette is astounding. The quality for this price is amazing ,in the future I will be getting all my cheese from the Wisconsin Cheeseman. I will be recommending this merchant to all my friends and relatives.
