Measuring approximately 4-3/4 by 4-3/4 by 6 inches, the round-shaped crock sits sturdily on the countertop, providing a deeper 2-3/4-quart capacity to accommodate utensils with longer handles--from spatulas and whisks to wooden spoons and ladles. Even more, the crock displays an attractive glaze and a flared top where concentric raised rings draw attention to its brand name in raised capital letters.
As part of Le Creuset's line of stoneware, the piece features a hard-wearing, impermeable finish fired at temperatures as high as 2192 degrees F. With a porosity level of less than 1 percent, it blocks moisture absorption, which can lead to cracking, crazing, and rippling along the interior. The unit's high-quality enamel exterior protects against metal marks and other damage, plus it makes it fun to mix and match with other coordinating Le Creuset pieces (sold separately). And thanks to its unmatched thermal resistance from -65 degrees F to 500 degrees F, Le Creuset stoneware moves gracefully from the microwave or oven (or under the broiler) to the table for serving to the refrigerator or freezer for storing leftovers to the dishwasher for quick cleanup.

This large utensil crock is a must have, particularly if you have KitchenAid utensils. The KitchenAid utensils have a larger handle than most other brands so it is necessary to use a larger crock. This crock is very solid and heavy. It looks great on my counter and provides very handy use of utensils. I keep all my KitchenAid utensils and wooden spoons etc. in this crock and keep all my All Clad stainless utensils in their own crock. I like to keep stainless utensils separate so as not to accidentally use them on nonstick pans. This crock is very attractive and could also be used for ice cream or even a kitchen plant. Excellent quality, value and appearance! Highly recommended!

When I received my utensil crock, the color was much more beautiful in person than on the computer screen! I LOVE IT...LOVE IT...LOVE IT! It also holds a lot more utensils than I thought, so I would definitely recommend this crock to everyone.

I ordered two of the KIWI crocks and LOVE the size! I have lots of utensils and really like having them conveniently located near the cooktop and these really do the job. The color is happy and the weight/size, perfect! You really can't go wrong (especially for the price!). Highly recommend.

heavy duty stonware croc
i love this croc, i purchased mine at nebraska furniture mart for 30 dollars. it is fuctional, holds many utensils, and because it is so heavy there is no fear of tipping it over. Read more
