I've been making crepes for many years. My family loves them (both kinds, dessert and savory). I am also a 4th generation Le Creuset enthusiast. This is the primary cookware in my kitchen. Before Le Creuset introduced this piece I used a similar, but plain black cast iron griddle. This like all Le Creuset is the best. My old griddle has been relegated to our camp pans. I would highly recommend this excellent quality pan to anyone who makes crepes, pancakes or anything else on a griddle.

This pan is amazing! It cooks crêpes perfectly, better than any other pan I've used. It's pricey but worth every penny!

Well, I can't move to any less than a perfect 5 star rating for this, but it's with a twist! That is, it is written by an Asian (Malaysian Indian) for a Malaysian/Indian thosai.
I just got this pan, and already made thosai twice with it, and it turned out beautifully!!!!!! The most beautiful thosai by an amateur. The pan feels great and the weight of it says it all. And to add to it, is the colour. I have a cobalt blue one, and that makes making a thosai all that more pleasurable.
This pan surely beats all those non-stick pans. This pan may not be non-stick, but I have learnt the hard way that you don't need a non-stick pan for a good thosai, just a heavy, sturdy pan.
Only drawbacks are the price and ...... why not market it more aggressively in Asia? I am sure you would get a lot of happy customers like me.

I make crepes on a regular basis and this is the best crepe pan I have ever had. I tried T-Fal, Calphalon and an Italian brand (I don't remember the name). Nothing compares to the Le Creuset pan.

This crepe pan is perfect in size, weight, functionality, and appearance. It's only taken my wife a couple of tries to perfect the art of making crepes and now we're using it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. If you have any concern that the size of the pan would yield crepes that would be too small, don't be! The crepes are sized perfectly. This crepe pan included a spreader and an 8" spatula, but I highly recommend that you purchase an additional 14" spatula (I purchased the Berard) to make flipping a bit easier.

I love this pan! LOVE IT! GREAT quality as always from Le Creuset. VERY HEAVY and non-stick without being toxic. I'm a big fan of this product.

We've been slowly replacing all our unhealthy nonstick pots & pans with stainless steel and cast iron, and we bought this crepe pan to replace our old nonstick griddle. This review is not for crepes but for regular pancakes.

We have an induction stovetop and this pan fit the largest "burner" perfectly. On a 1–9 scale, I set it for 5 and let it preheat for about 10 min. Used a dollop of butter for each batch (not interested in fat-free cooking) and the pancakes browned perfectly. No sticking. The edges of the pan are very low (it's made for crepes after all), so I had to be careful not to slide the pancakes right off when I turned them. Initially I made one large pancake at a time, but then switched to three small at once. 10" across is pretty small after all, but it works for us. Cleanup was easy, just used hot water and a little dish soap. Make sure to let the pan cool off before soaking or cleaning.

The Marseille is a beautiful blue color, matches our other Le Creuset pan and dutch oven.
