5.0 out of 5 stars Sharing the cover with LeRoy
I may be biased because I'm the girl in the blue jacket on the cover of the book, who caught LeRoy on the first ever Lambeau Leap, but I think the book is very well written. What an amazing story of somebody who came from the projects, walked with braces, and became an incredible football player.

I remember the day like it was yesterday, when my Packer...

2.0 out of 5 stars Great Story, poorly written
I love LeRoy Butler. He is one of my favorite Packers ever. I have heard his story on tv and through various internet articles, so I thought I would purchase his book, as I purchase most Packers books I come across. His story is very inspiring. I love LeRoy Butler. He is one of my favorite Packers ever. I have heard his story on tv and through various internet articles, so I thought I would purchase his book, as I purchase most Packers books I come across. His story is very inspiring. Although, to be quite honest, the book is pretty poorly written. It doesn't flow very well, I thought I was reading something I wrote in middle school. He spends 2/3 of the book on his childhood and then briefly touches on his career at FSU and Green Bay. I am not disappointed in my purchase, but it could have been written better. Go Pack!

I remember the day like it was yesterday, when my Packer jacket was at the cleaners and I had to wear my ski gear, and LeRoy caught a lateral pass after it was intercepted by the legendary Reggie White. He turned to our end zone, and just kept running before he jumped right up into the first row. What an honor. What an amazing man.

I moved to AZ in 1999 and was privileged to receive a signed copy of the book with the inscription: "To Lisa, Thanks for the great catch. LeRoy"
