The focus of this book is how to protect the body from lead toxicity. Children require a slightly different approach from adults which is fully discussed. This is a four-part process. This is a short book, easily read in a couple of free afternoons. Very informative and sobering. A must read for those who are health-conscience. I also read the same author's book on mercury detox. I recommend both.
