Format: Perfect Paperback
I really liked this book for several reasons:
1. It is a quick read, jam-packed full of useful reminders
2. Everyone from first-line supervisor to corporate CEO can benefit
3. The included Ethical Action Test needs to be framed and displayed on everyone's wall.
4. The self-assessment is a great tool to get you thinking (or re-thinking!)
5. There are plenty of succinct, practical tips for improving your results.

The important thing to remember is that we can't do it all by ourselves. Leveraged success will come from our ability to work through others and it starts with us, as leaders, setting the tone.

This book is a quick read with all the right elements to review in managing or leading well. It is direct, to the point, no nonsense tips on how to be an effective and well respected leader. Good for any professional who is in a supervisory or management position and really wants to connect to the people they lead.

This is a great book to give to anyone training to be in management! It is not an end all be all by far but it touches on a lot of very important topics with extremely useful advice!!
