Editorial Reviews

Review
"Lead The Way is full of proven strategies to plan, organize, and lead--and make every minute of your day more productive." -- Kip Tindell, Chairman and CEO, The Container Store

"Greg provides an effective blueprint for any business seeking to separate itself from the pack. Moving beyond books that seek solely to inspire, Greg provides a concise, practical guide along with proven processes that prompt leaders to ask critical questions and challenge themselves to improve individual and organizational performance." -- David E. Alexander, Vice Chair and Southwest Area Managing Partner, Ernst & Young LLP

"The biggest problem that most smaller businesses have is they don't have a plan. Greg's book makes the crucial step of developing a plan much easier and productive for a CEO. Greg keeps it simple--which is exactly as it should be." -- Mike Rawlings, Managing General Partner, CIC Partners, and former President of Pizza Hut --This text refers to the Hardcover edition.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Basics For Success, August 22, 2008
Greg's book inspires action by helping leaders see their plan more clearly and to understand how best to bring people along with them. His book is like a magnificent golf course and each chapter is like playing one spectacular hole after another - it is inspiring and motivating. I recommend having a pen handy - I have notes on every page.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must Read for CEOs, May 26, 2008
Greg's process creates a safe environment where important, difficult issues affecting the organization's performance can be discussed. Everyone knows what those issues are, but it can be hard to talk about them because of egos, feelings and attitudes. Greg's approach to planning helps us talk about it in a non-threatening way in order to dissect the tough issues and then go to work on them as a team.

Kyle Ulam, COO, Integrity Integration Resources
