Any person in a leadership role with employees that fall into the Baby Boomer, Gen X, and Gen Y generation simultaneously should read this book. The words are brutally honest and to the point. This should be part of every manager training.

John Grubbs gets straight to the point as he demonstrates how companies tend to become burdened with "idiots!" It's an easy read, entertaining, and makes you wonder if he's been conducting surveillance on your organization!
