Any person in a leadership role with employees that fall into the Baby Boomer, Gen X, and Gen Y generation simultaneously should read this book. The words are brutally honest and to the point. This should be part of every manager training.

John Grubbs gets straight to the point as he demonstrates how companies tend to become burdened with "idiots!" It's an easy read, entertaining, and makes you wonder if he's been conducting surveillance on your organization!

I've read Leadership Among Idiots twice and refer back to certain chapters occasionally. It's an easy read, and kept my attention.

While reading this book I thought of several situations that I've dealt with personally. I thought of ways that I could have, and SHOULD have handled things differently, but it also helped me realize that I've handled some situations much better than I initially gave myself credit for. Either way, it provided me information and confidence of knowing that I have solid, powerful tools for future use.

The book title is very fitting, but the subtitle really resonates what I carried away from the read: "A Survival Guide for The Rest of Us."
