This book is not just useful in the workplace. It can be applied to any environment. Throgh this book I truly gained a much better understanding of my professional colleages and even of my approach to them. This book can definetely help you to become a better leader. The book offers steps to aid in use after it reveals data about personality types. The book is somewhat long drawn but quite understandable. You will definetely get the point. This is the type of book that should be given to Coaches, Team-Captains, Teachers and anyone who has to deal with large groups of people and different personalities.
