I'm using this book for a graduate course. It is very readable and has lots of interesting side articles included. The many evaluations it provides provide a quick way to see new perspectives on your leadership style. It provides a broad view of leadership theories, styles, followership, culture, etc. I have taken another graduate course that uses Dr. Daft's Management book. There are many overlapping topics between the two books as expected. There is also a website associated with the book which has some good resources including PowerPoint slides. My only complaint is the price seems high for a non-hardbound book.

Of course I did not choose this book for elective reading but it arrived in excellent condition and the delivery was very prompt. Daft has written his book so that it is very easy to read.

i am a junior in college and i have ordered books offline every semester for the past few years. this was by far the smoothest transaction ive ever had.

The book I received is filled with good information and gives me what I need for my class, but is not what I expected. This book is an older edition. Otherwise, it was in pretty good condition, but obviously used. Still, not a bad purchase.

The Leadership Experience (Dryden Press Series in Management)

Bought this for school, it was a required textbook. Amazon.com was the cheapest.

I purchased the Leadership Experience/ International Version and find it to be an excellent text book and well worth the money. I will continue to use it in the years to come as a resource!

Great book. The only problem was that I ordered the 4th edition as prescribed by my instructor and the 5th edition showed up in the box. Not a problem because the instructor said the 5th edition is fine, but the unexpected edition swap was disconcerting.

It is a great book. Cheaper than the ussed price at the bookstore... does not have key for online access.

Got this timely, but paid too much for the condition. It had a torn spline, had signs of wear and still had mail for the prior owner inside. It definitely was not in "good condition"

The book arrived within 5 days of purchase and the condition of it was exactly what was disclosed. Very satisfied with my purchase.
