Leadership and Futuring: Making Visions Happen, by John Hoyle, is a very nice book on leadership. It gives practical advice on planning for the future, as well as being a leader. Dr. Hoyle provides an uplifting message regarding leadership in this book. Covering past leaders who had a vision of service, and a never ceasing desire to reach that goal, Hoyle points out what these leaders had in common and how their vision could be shared with others.
I would recommend this book to any readers looking for inspiration in the field of leadership, and tips on leading and looking forward. A four star read. Quick and easy. |
