This book was great! The text is about different types of leadership styles, theories of leadership, group behavior, personalities, team building plus other need to know subjects in leadership.

This book is a great resource for any leadership student, scholar, or researcher. It provides thorough coverage of the major leadership theories and concepts. I use it as a main text in an undergraduate leadership course, and the material is challenging but understandable for students.

I read this book for class. I got an A in the class but not because of the book. It is mostly useless research into leadership factors that i learned in the military. I had hoped it would bring some new light to the topic of leadership but he did not even talk about executive nor effective presidential leadership. I am in the class for political reasons and i expected more case studies on famous world leaders. Instead he acts like researchers are the real leaders which i only part true in academia. It had many practical exercises in the book that we had done in previous classes and this is hard to emulate without classmates. To tell you what i really thought of it i sold it back for a paldry $36. I have never had a non technology or law book that cost $110. It was definitely not worth the money paid and i don't know how they can ask for that much. It is not a reference book nor a CRC handbook of mgt. Way to expensive. I know the boys at the Naval Academy don't use this book and we should all be happy about that.

The book was exactly what he described in the ad. I wasn't expecting it to be in such a good condition as it was, but I am very happy that it was. There was NO scratchs, tears, dent, folds,anything of that nature that would suggesst prior heavy usage. I am happy with the purchase and would buy from this seller all the time if I could. In fact, Ill be looking for him with the next text book I have to buy.

I think this book uses speciail terms, however, it is brilliant message for people who want to be a good leader.

This book summarizes all the leadership literature perfectly. Researchers should consider this book when they do research on leadership.
