While in college, the university I attended offered a free leadership program to students across disciplines which they called the Student Leadership Challenge. Among the books and practices we learn from Kouzes & Posners Student Leadership Practices Inventory workbook.

This workbook is a great resource that helps students assess their individual strengths and natural talents. Since I am a firm believer that it is tremendously benefical to build on your strengths and talents rather than focus on areas of mediocrity, I would recommend this workbook to high school, college, grad school and non-traditional students everywhere.

This course seems to be very helpful. The work book allows you to organize and develop thoughts. Over all I have really liked it.
