These convenient computer scoring programs save you the time of scoring by hand so you can spAnd more time reviewing results with participants. In addition to providing standard results, these programs rank items from high to low, highlight opportunities for improvement, and show differences between self-perceptions and observer perceptions.

You get scoring programs for:

  • LPI: scores up to 100 leaders per sample with up to 10 observers per leader
  • LPI-X: scores up to 80 leaders per sample with up to 20 observers per leader
  • LPI -- Delta: scores up to 75 leaders per sample with 10 observers per leader
  • LPI -- IC: scores up to 100 individual contributors per sample with up to 10 observers per individual contributor

All four scoring programs are contained on one reusable disk!
