Occasionally, a book comes along that presents leadership concepts in a new and exciting way. That's exactly what these authors have done. I was hooked from the introduction and didn't quit reading until I finished the closing thoughts. I still find myself picking it up again and again.

I was impressed by how practical Santa's advice was throughout this book. The ideas can be applied immediately and the book provides plenty of material to keep on giving.

Some people may think, "This is a good idea for the holidays" even though the sub-title hints it's going to be useful all year long. It didn't take many pages to convince me this is isn't just a holiday book -- Santa's secrets apply to every day throughout the whole year. I strongly recommend this book for all types of settings.

One of the most powerful and entertaining business books I have ever read! When it comes to Leadership, we could all learn a lesson from Santa Claus! This book is also availabe in an Audio CD...I would recommend ordering that as well!

I'm sorry, I couldn't get past the horrible narration and annoying music to enjoy the purpose of the book. Hopefully the written word is much better as the other two reviewers have stated.

This is a very understandable format for great discussions. It speaks to the NOW Managers of the new culture that motivates the work force. It relates to the way your workforce and Managers need to lead!

The Leadership Secrets of Santa Claus is NOT a seasonal book - it has 12 months worth of basic skills of leadership. Written with humor, clearly stated principles of basic management, employee retention, and customer service are easily understood. Practical application of specific skills needed to create a successful business, reward good workers, and build customer loyalty. Three helpful checklists focus on leading by example,the "What's Right" Test, and indiviudal and group ethics in doing business. A good read and worth sharing all year round.

Good book discussing in plain terms the fundamentals of needed leadership skills. Written from the unique perspective of Santa Claus who runs the ultimate project of managing a large staff and producing a large volume of product.

A friend gave me a paperback copy, I enjoyed this book so much that I invested in a hard cover. The information is useful, accessible reminders of what good business leadership is all about. I would recommend this book for a friendly reminder of best practice that is actually enjoyable to read.

This is a great resource for teaching leadership skills. It can be used and an extended time workshop or in training with short leadership tips.
