User friendly
Interesting book. I liked working through the workbook pages. I learned a lot and was engaged. This is an easy read, but there are many elements that cause you to think hard about where you are as a leader.

Unfortunately, this book follows the form of all Michael Fullan's other works. Formulaic and predictable with no new insights. Just a big name and nice cover.
