The size runs smaller, so if you order, order one size bigger, because I ordered 38D and it is small.
The band was too small even though I ordered a size up after reading reviews.
For me, it seems that it fit a little small in the cup size.

Let me start by saying, I just had my 3rd child, my last 2 being 17 months apart. So I have been pregnant/nursing for the last 2.5 years straight. In this time frame, I have tried many, many different nursing bras. I started with a few that were sold at the maternity store, yeah, that was a joke. Definitely not supportive enough for larger breasts, that are heavy especially during the initial stages of breast feeding. They did offer an underwire bra, but with the sling only on the outside of the bra, this was constantly pushing my breasts to the center and together, sort of like a push up effect. Not comfortable. Then I went to a specialty bra store by my house and bought a very expensive Goddess non-underwire bra, as underwire is not particularly recommended for nursing. I wasn't crazy about the seams in the center of the cup of the bra, "for added support", nor was I crazy about the torpedo like shape it gave my breasts, and the fact that I couldn't wear it under many shirts as it came so high, it was visible under pretty much everything but a t-shirt. After a few hours of wearing, the thick band that was to replace the underwire would roll up and dig into my sides and under my breasts. Epic failure, at a high price. Next I tried Bravado, only to find that their much raved about wireless bra was the same story as the rest, not enough support for a larger breasted 3rd time breast feeding mom. Then I was onto a LaLeche underwire nursing bra. It was supportive enough, comfortable, and the straps didn't show through terribly underneath my shirts. However, it had the seam across the cup, giving my breasts a funny shape, and the seam showed through all my shirts that were semi-fitted. Onto the Medela underwire bra. Which remained my favorite until now.Read more ›

This is the best nursing bra I have found. It's fit is the closest to a "regular" bra and provides adequate coverage for large breasted women. I don't like underwire bras, so I removed the wire and the boning on the sides. The bra still had plenty of support and has not lost its shape (3 months and counting). I highly recommend this bra for women with C+ breasts; with or without the underwire.

Before my first was born I was told to avoid under wire for breast health and so bought a few bras from motherhood maternity and I felt frumpy and lumpy through that whole year. After my 2nd was born I tired madela but it was too thin. So during my third pregnancy I tried on every nursing bra within a 50 mile radius of my house. This one looked good to me and I decided to order and try it on. I hoped it would work but I didn't really expect it to be any different than all the other bras I had tried on. It has lift, it has coverage, it has a nice shape, it is well made, it seems to be high quality. I am very pleased.

When I am looking for a nursing bra I want full coverage.
I want a thick enough pad to hide nursing pad lines (and heaven forbid, nursing pad bunches)
I don't want any more than just enough padding because -seriously- I bought a DD I am not wanting to look any bigger.
I don't want it to look creased and bumpy in that line where it always folds when you use it as a nursing bra.

This bra was awesome. It fit well, it was as comfortable as I could have hoped for, and it held it's shape which I think it the true test of a nursing bra that keeps getting folded in half several time a day.

Great fit, true to size, gives great support, comfy, one hand clip works perfectly fine, will definitely buy another after looping months of trying to find the perfect bra for nursing

The band runs small, and the cups run big. When the bra is unhooked to nurse, the cup doesn't fold down enough so it is difficult to nurse in. Terrible bra.

I am returning this bra. The band is smaller them the listed size while the cups are a bit big. Also the flap that folds down doesn't fold down far enough and interferes with my little one's feeding. The material is stiff and rough and overall it's very uncomfortable, not something anyone wants in a nursing bra. This is my first time ordering this brand, I will not be doing it again.

I'm a FTM, so I'm not sure if this is a brand-thing or what but the bra was about a half-cup to a cup size bigger than the other two 34B nursing bras I've gotten. I'm going to keep it in hopes that maybe i'll swell up large enough to be able to fit into it. The bra unclips and only folds halfway down, right across the nipple. Not sure if thats because the inside straps attach to both sides of the cup or not, but i see myself having to fight with it in order to pull it out of the way so my kid can nurse. The other bras I've bought, when unhooked, fold all the way down without being attached to the center of the bra on either side. SO, Like i said, I am a FTM, but the design doesn't seem as practical as other bras i've bought, and it runs much much larger than those other bras as well. I hope it ends up getting used, cause i'll be sad to just throw away $20.

The cup folds down right at nipple level so this may work for pumping... but its terrible for breastfeeding because the baby can't get a latch on anything more than the nipple. It teaches a bad latch, in my opinion. I'm keeping it only for pumping.
