A very comprehensive contemporary leadership text. Includes chapters on Wikinomics, Diversity and Inclusion, and many others. Very useful for organizational development.

Book contains a consolidation of cases, views and perspectives from leaders and scholars. Real world applications with insights into global leadership, empowerment, increasing performance and creating adapatable environments for resources and stakeholders. Good text book.

This was a required text for a graduate course, but it turned out to be one of those books that you'd want even if not required. It follows the recent developments in leadership perspective by presenting an extensive collection of writings by the leading proponents of differing paradigms. It allows the reader to follow the development and put each theory into a developmental perspective. If the topic of organizational leadership interests you, this if a great read.
