I read this book on a flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles. It is full of insightful wisdom and in my opinion is a must read for Fortune 500 executives from the CEO to managerial level and even small business owner can benefit from this tome. As a executive coach that specializes in working with high-profile CEOs, celebrity experts, and individuals in the public eye I truly appreciate Dr. Cora's emphasis on the importance of maintaining high-levels of self-care above all else. Time and time again I work with clients living a life on the go, go, go that is driven without self-care in mind and with them focused solely on the demands of leading and running their business. Dr. Cora addresses this problem eloquently and offers wonderful wise sage advice that draws on her background as a doctor who also showcases extensive business acumen. Another reviewer of this book put things in perspective very well. If you are not taking care of yourself, nothing else really matters. By taking care of yourself in a way that honors your wellness, you as a leader can peak perform under all conditions and situations and truly showcase your best self.

If you are busy, and who isn't? Then this book is for you. I think every leader should read this book. I love the fact that we have to maximize our health is the theme. Without health does it really matter. If you are busy then read this book...

I loved this book. Easy to read and understand. I run a small company with no employees yet everything Dr Cora presented was something I could use! I could only image what I could pull from her book if I was running a larger business. The remarkable information I gained from "Leading Under Pressure" has let me sleep better at night and let me leave business where it needs to be left (within the working hours of life). Now I cherish coming home to a house full of family, what once seemed like a chore is now a pleasure. Thank you Dr. Cora for helping me flip my success in life around!!!
