THE AUTHOR HAD TREMENDOUS COURAGE TO DISCLOSE HER STORY IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WAY. SO MANY COULD BENEFIT FROM HER EXPERIENCE, STRENGTH AND HOPE AND THE HEALING ING MESSAGES OF THIS NON-FICTION BOOK.IT IS A JOURNEY TO PEACE AND SOUL HEALING.

As Rachel Lieberman's husband,I have first hand experience with this book. It is truly a labor of love, a most reader friendly, non-technical book. The book reaches out and touches those who are searching for experience, strength and hope in their lives.

This, her first book, holds your interest throughout with personal poety, journaling and prose. This book helped me with some of my dysfunctional issues and to better understand the nature of this insidious dis-ease of codependency that so many of us suffer from.

Our relationship together,has developed and matured, as a result of Rachel's desire to heal and find the person inside that she was meant to be. Many readers have expressed to me their admiration and praise of Rachel's sharing her journey to wellness.I recommend this book to all who are struggling with dysfunction to find themselves.
