I've used this documentary a number of times to show high school students an accurate picture of the women's professional baseball leagues that provided much needed baseball entertainment to America for about ten years. Excellent footage clearly shows how skilled the players were and how they grabbed the opportunities for money and to play the game they loved. All of this is couched in a reunion of former players celebrating a hectic, happy, but brief episode in the parade of sports that have enveloped this country over the years.
