This book offered a comprehensive overview of the causes, symptoms and health recommendations of leaky gut syndrome and other digestive problems. The self-diagnosis chart was especially helpful. This book gave some information to use to discuss my health concerns with my health practitioner. It was so reassuring to finally have a name to put with my illness!

Nice booklet that goes into a lot of detail for such a little publication. It prompted me to get Jeffrey Bland's Book- "The 20 day Rejuvenation Diet Program" This booklet packs allot of very good and important information into a small space.
I highly recommend it. Leaky Gut is a very important and serious condition to address. Don't wait any longer!

This book is clear, and concise yet packed with important information. It's hard to find information specifically about this condition, and rather than scour the internet for questionable information, get this book. It's a quick read and worth every penny.

I purchased this book after finding out that I had leaky gut syndrome - the information provided is good, recommended treatments is the standard throughout the alternative world for this problem.

The down side is that no cases studies or persoanl experiences are available.

Leaky Gut Syndrome attempts to place a framework around and define a disease that is, because it's causes can be so varied and its symptoms so numerous, somewhat new to the modern medical world, and thus a task akin to grabbing smoke; however, Elizabeth Lipski does a great job in such a way that the reader is not left with the impression of having read one of those "get this colon cleanser NOW!" types of infomercials. She is very scientific, straightforward and logical. An added bonus is her writing style is very easy on the noggin. She successfully brings leaky gut syndrome to the reader in a very digestible form, so to speak. But the thing I really appreciate about this book is that, because it is so thorough, clear and concise, the sufferer can use this book to instantly communicate the problems of leaky gut syndrome to his doctor, whereas in the past this type of communication would have been very nearly impossible due to the vagueness of the symptoms.

This is a very concise, accurate explanation of Leaky Gut Syndrome. As a functional medicine nurse practitioner, I am always looking for resources that I may give to patients that make it a little easier to understand. Liz Lipski is the expert in this area, and has a way of explaining that makes the very complex simple to understand.

A tiny booklet packed with valuable information for anyone looking to improve their health. Who would have thought that a 'leaky gut' could affect so many body systems! Heal your gut...heal your body.

I bought this book because I have digestive a disorder. I had heard of Leaky Gut Syndrome, but didn't understand what it was. Now I do.

There is not much info here. I should not have bought it. What can one expect from something that was only $3.95?
