I would recommend this to anyone who would like to get in shape - it really is a pretty darn good book.
The workouts can all be done at home with just a few pairs of dumbells, an exericse ball, a mat, and a decent set of workout clothes.
The pictures are wonderful and her explanations of the exercise help you to really focus on the target area.
