This book is written well and is a fast read. The problem is that her ideas have all been hashed out before. The "will to lead" requires recognition by the alpha males that women are an equal part of the workplace.

I can recognize myself in many of the situations described. This book is helping readjusting my behavioral patterns to essentially move forward guilt-free. Easy read.

My wife is a PhD psychologist, but she is often way too nice for her own good and tends to take a lot from people who clearly don't deserve it. She is reading it now and has a lot of commentary on the great advice inside. It's a new world, men. Get used to having to respect and understand women. You will be better for it. We all will. Sheryl Sandberg addresses important topics for women in business and this is truly a great read. I feel I have been given much advice that I will apply in my future career, as I am still a student.
