My husband brought this toy home for our five-month-old son, and he loves it! The only hard part is that the various continent names are hard to press ... but then again, our son is only five months old right now. Older children would be able to press the buttons easily, I'm sure. I often find him hugging the globe and rolling it around to hear the songs! I plan to buy this as a shower gift for a friend of mine. It's cute! :)

I got this for my son's birthday and gave it to him early. He throws it around like a ball. He doesn't seem to care that it sings and makes noises. I think most other kids would get a kick out of this globe, so I do recommend it. I think it is very educational and neat. It sings about the continents and about the animals that live there.

My Great Nephew loved playing with this globe. He's able to learn animals and sounds from it.

I got this as one of the boys' Christmas gifts. They're 16 months old. One loves rolling it around on the floor and laughs each time he does it.

The other cried the 1st couple of times he held it and it started singing. Now he loves it. He carries this globe around with a big smile on his face.

They haven't gotten to the point of pressing any of the different buttons for the continents just yet.

The tune is catchy but can get a little annoying when you hear it for the 100th time in a day. At least I know it's getting used.

I bought this item through amazon b/c it wasn't available anywhere else. Absolutely LOVE this toy. My baby's daddy is serving in Iraq and is often gone for long periods of time so I thought this would be a great way to teach baby about different places in the world and where his daddy travels to. Our baby isn't born yet but I already have fun playing with it!! The songs are adorable and they don't "get on your nerves" like some musical toys.
