Let me start by saying that these are super cute and operate fine (although I think I'd call them light purple rather than "pink", but that's neither here nor there.) I got these for my daughter who is three, thinking - oh, great - headphones for kids - these should fit her and not fall off. Nope. MY OWN headphones adjust down to be smaller than these do. On their very smallest setting these STILL don't fit her head, and it's not like she's unusually small. She's 38" tall. It's weird that these don't adjust down smaller, since they're supposed to be made for kids. Also, the ear pieces are tilted in kind of an odd way, and the purple squishy earpiece covers keep falling off. At any rate, cute as they may be they just fall off of her head. I finally gave up and gave my daughter my expensive noise-cancelling headphones since they fit her better, and I was stuck with these.

My daughter uses these with her LeapPad almost every day and sometimes they end up shoved into her toy bucket with big, heavy toys. She has also stepped and sat on them many times. So far,no cracks or breaks and they still work great.

I purchased LeapPad 2 & any extras for my 6 year old Grandson.
I thought the rest of the family may appreciate that he can be "tuned
in" to his learning tablet without everyone else needing to hear it.
(Great for in the car)

The produce itself is great and of good quality, but I got these for my 4 year old Granddaughter and they were too big. When it said "kids" it should have been able to have a lower expansion. But all in all would say these are a great deal other than make sure your child has a "big" head.

Purchased these for my 5 year old nephew. First off they were too big for his head even at there smallest. Secondly the arm snapped while trying to adjust them. They are not worth the money for a small child, better off buying some others.

Nothing spectacular. She likes them. Sound is good. Built a little sturdier than adult headphones. She likes that they are pink and match the LeapPad Ultra. They don't go overly loud, so low fear of hearing damage possibility.

UPDATE Feb 5th, 2014: PASS ON THESE HEADPHONES! I have read many other reviews that state they broke and didn't last long. After GD owning these headphones for 3 months, and using them properly with adult supervision, they just stopped working suddenly. My son reported to me they stopped working around Dec 1st 2013. I purchased them in September. They were never treated rough, but just used while GD was sitting in her using her LeapPad. I'm sorry they lasted so short of a time. I am sure my 6 y.o. Granddaughter was SO disappointed. "She cried and said "Gramma sent these to me and I broke them!" So Daddy had to explain that some things just don't work so good and then break. She was upset and that upset me. PASS ON THESE HEADPHONES. SORRY TO SAY. As a last comment, it's really not worth it in time and money to pay the shipping back to get a replacement. SO TAKE YOUR CHANCES IF YOU MUST.

I leave very few negative reviews.

My 3.5 year old previously used a cheapie pair of black headphones. They were too big and constantly fell off, and when he ripped the cheap ear pad, we threw them away. These headphones have a wider, contoured band, so they stay put a little bit better. However, at the smallest setting, they JUST fit him, and he has a pretty big head. Why wouldn't they size these to fit the target market?

The ear pads are nice, though they can easily be pulled off & are a pain to put back on. I also think it would make sense to have the volume limited when headphones are attached.

**Update 2/16** Broken already, see pics.

Bought this with the leapfrog as a gift for grandchild - did it with the intention of giving the parents a break from the leapfrog noise and it does what it's suppose to do. It also looks cute on her. Don't know if will last but how long can you expect these things to last with a 2 year old, it does what it's suppose to do and that's all you can ask for.

This is the second set of headphones I purchased for my 3 year old grandson to go with his leapfrog game. It seems to break in the same spot. So other than that he did enjoy it for a short time before the break.
